Large open warehouse with a strict masonry requirement. To accomplish the masonry requirement the entire exterior was clad in Nichiha fiber cement panels in a mixture of brick patter and smooth cut stone look. Worked in tandem with the products engineers since this was a first of its kind use / install of this product on a prefab metal building, additionally there were concerns on the cladding coefficient in Oklahoma wind loads.
Multifamily project for Case and Associates in Norman. They wanted to distinguish this project from previous project in the area. They wished to invoke tone of timelessness and call back to the early days of Oklahoma and the prairie home stylings, the club is intended as a moder take on the railroad station.
Multifamily project for Mr. Ashby -- first time multifamily development for this client. The project presented some unique challenges as the general site plan was set by a PUD from a different developer, and most of the utilities were already in place. Therefore is not our typical site layout, but rather what fit with existing infrastructure and engineering from the previous developer.
